Putin the Cat need saw bubble before, so he ran :) But I did get Caesar (the new cat) to turn his head from his sleep and look. Unlike a lot of other toys, the bubbles are safe and they do get the cat's attention. Caesar was the shyest cat at the cat rescue, so I adopted him. The soap bubbles is a good way to get him to play and still be safe. Caesar the cat is starting to come around and is eating now and getting more curious and alert. It will take a while, because he is a very shy cat.
