Making & Fixing Cat Scratchers

Making & Fixing Cat Scratchers. It's very important to have a place where your cat can scratch or else he may scratch things you don't want him to. A good cat scratcher will also eliminate the need to trim your cat's claws too and save you time. But cat scratchers wear out. You can easily make a great cat scratcher with manilla rope or make the worn out cat scratcher better than new. I bought some 1/2 inch thick manilla rope, which is much stronger than the cheap rope that is used in the cat scratchers that are sold everywhere.
