Putin Cat Fence Fixed & Demo on the Tiger Carrier There was a small opening on top of the gate pole, between the gate and the fence, that Putin the Cat could jump on top of and then get out. So I put some fence material up there so now the fence is at 8 or 9 feet everywhere and curved inward at the top. Putin also loves that soft-sided, cushioned "tiger-bag". He usually jumps right in it because he lives to travel :).
